This place is lovely. The atmosphere is wonderful. It’s a shame they are closing soon, so get in while you can so that you can say farewell to the weird pizza cat robot thing! Cheers to the team!

The food here is so incredibly bland and underwhelming. I know I have to lower standards when visiting--only came because the kids wanted the fun drinks on the menu. They ended up ordering salads for their meals and their fun drinks(had I known that's what we came for I would have vetoed the whole thing. LolAnyway, this will be my last visit. Overpriced, bland (ZERO seasoning), food. At these prices, just go up the street to industria or turtle jacks!

We just walked out after sitting for 10 mins without anyone coming to acknowledge us or at least take our drink orders while we sat there looking over menus. We watched as a few servers took care of tables around us, even getting them refills on drinks and yet we still were left sitting without anyone approaching us. Very disappointed in the lack of service. We will not be coming back

Haven’t been for a while. Great memories. The robot is creepy. I don’t get it. Maybe market it on the menus or something? Food was good!

Ordered three pasta meals via UberEats as a little "treat." Hahahaha. One missing a key ingredient. One completely insubstantial. All inedible. And all for the low low price of $65! Wheeee! Super fun! Done with this restaurant forever. The cost of food in general is disgusting right now and I thought maybe ordering online from an old favourite might be do-able but I was sadly misinformed. Never again.

Disappointed! Despite having a call centre to take orders, despite mentioning thru a note to make simple aglio olio pasta- I was sent a plain pasta with absolutely nothing on it. What’s the point of having ‘make your own pasta’ if you cannot make a simple basic one.

Cozy restaurant. Food is good. Love the all you can eat garlic bread and salad. Good service.Parking: Lots of free parking available in the millcroft plaza where restaurant is located.

We had an okay experience. Our server was friendly and helpful. It was weird that she didn't clear the empty dishes from our appetizers as the table became quite crowded. The bread was delicious. The pasta dish was mediocre at best - rubbery chicken pieces, but it was served piping hot with freshly grated cheese. I wouldn't rush to return.

Exceptional all around. Heavily understaffed. Sad really that no one wants to work. Great food, great environment, and very pleasant friendly staff.

Good choice for a family with small children, and it's not a rip off like most other restaurants in the area. This location is decent for their consistency of food.

We went to East Side Mario’s after a very long time. This restaurant was very clean, and the staff attended to us right away. Staff were friendly and sat us down right away…mind you, it was Monday night. We ordered a pizza and the linguine pasta with seafood with a Caesar salad. The pasta was pretty good and so was the salad.

They did a great job accommodating for our teen’s birthday party. The service was fast and efficient. The staff had everything organized and it ran very smoothly, leaving zero wasted down time. Everyone loved the food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or go back again for a party!

I have to say I was really disappointed with our experience at Eastside Mario‘s tonight. I I ordered the Milano roasted chicken my husband ordered the seafood linguine. My husband had the fire roasted soup, which was really quite good. I had the garden salad which was fine but way too much dressing. I would order it on the side next time, my entrée came out without the goat cheese or the sun-dried tomatoes. My roasted potatoes were sitting in a soup of vegetable broth, so they were very soggy. I asked who I believe was the manager if the chicken was supposed to have goat cheese, and she said yes it should and she brought it out on the side. I also mentioned that my potatoes were soggy from the vegetable broth which I had poured out and filled a side plate with it . She said well yes, it usually does have a little bit of juice but not that much. She did not offer to bring me new potatoes. I cut into my chicken and it was raw. Also with my husband’s seafood pasta half of the mussels were not open. We never mentioned the mussels to the server, but this made it feel like the meal was just rushed out with raw chicken and unopened mussels. When I called the server back again I explained that I wasn’t going to eat the meal as the chicken was raw. He did apologize, but he didn’t offer to bring me anything else. They did deduct the meal of course because I didn’t eat it. I would’ve expected the manager to come out again and apologize, but never heard from them again. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The server was nice, but not very effective as far as dealing with my problem with the meal. Patio had beautiful flowers. I was a server at Eastside Mario’s many years ago and this was definitely a giant decline in the experience that I was used to having there.
