Ordered a build your own pasta. It was a veggie pasta. It had absolutely no sauce. All it had was 3 thin slices of bell peppers, 4 slices of green zucchini, 3 slices of yellow zucchini - YES, I counted, because I could. Server got us the Alfredo sauce on the side but obviously it did not help. If I had to pour alfredo when the pasta is on the table, I would not want to pay $24!!!!! They gave us a 20% discount but I think for the kind of pasta they served, and the fact that I could not even eat 1/4th of it, they should just have taken it off the bill.Vegetarian options: Absolutely no effort put in for vegetarian dishes.

Upon arrival we were told by several servers that someone would be with us... Waited at the door for a while. Ok, not a huge deal. Sat at noon, let server know washrooms were out of paper towels... 2 hours later, still out. Washroom doors beyond filthy, table filthy, benches, filthy. We were told twice that an item on menu ( chicken Parm and veal Parm) were out. Food just edible, kids chicken fingers not edible. ... All around... Disappointing, dirty and a waste of money.... So that kind of is a big deal.

SAMMI IS A LEGEND!!!Sam at East Side Mario's is an absolute gem! From the moment we sat down, Sam's warm smile and attentive service made our dining experience truly exceptional. His knowledge of the menu was impressive,. Sam ensured that our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude made us feel like VIPs. With his dedication and outstanding service, Sam truly deserves a promotion. We can't wait to return to East Side Mario's and be served by Sam again!

My friend and i went for dinner on a Thursday evening thinking it would be a quiet night at the resto. It was super busy but Kassandra our server was very attentive and helpful. Big fan of the unlimited bread and salad!!Parking: parking is at burlington mall. lots of spots.

I haven't been to East Side Mario's in years. I was given some gift cards so we thought we would give it another try. It was busy due to a hockey game, but they sat us promptly. Our waitress, Susie was new, but she was awesome. You'd never have known she had only done a few shifts. Friendly, polite and helpful. Ask for her if you go in. You will not regret it. They still have the unlimited salad and soup. Alas the salad dressing was, I think different from what I remember but still great. The mains were properly cooked and nicely presented. Had a great time. And thank you Susie! You made our night amazing!
