We ordered delivery and the food arrived an over an hour late (not by fault of the driver, as we could see them waiting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes on the delivery app), half of the order was not sent with the driver and had not been prepared when we called the restaurant to enquire. The food was also cold on arrival.

This place is a real shame to the hospitality industry. the food is terrible and tasteless, they have no seasonings or sauces… not even salt and pepper and the coleslaw is just shredded cabbage with vinegar. fries are stale and have no seasoning at all, the club sandwich has no dressing or sauce or anything. I also ordered a skillet, it’s the worst. I tried to give the food to my dog and he refused to eat it .. I wasted my time and money on losers… they ought to call themselves “ failxactly” not “eggxactly”

Just a few months ago I would have rated 5 stars easily, the food was always excellent. I was actually ordering a couple of times a week.My last few orders have been so inconsistent with my last being completely inedible. Overcooked eggs, burnt toast, burnt bacon and my girlfriends salad had no croutons. Portion sizes were slimmer than ever.So disappointed with a restaurant I used to love.

The breakfast here is really good. Always consistent and good portion sizes. The best is the customer service. Always have been serviced by the same lovely lady (and again today), sorry I should have asked her name. Definitely recommend, haven't eaten in but takeout is fast and very good. Thank you!
