Ordered a large Italian sub. I asked for no ham but double pepperoni to make up for the ham.i got 8 slices of meat on a $17 sub. You have to be kidding.i don't know how to add a photo to the review but I was able to add to the photos it's the 3rd one from the bottom.

Best subs in town…in fact best firehouse sub location in possibly all of Ontario. Sandwiches are always amazing and staff really go above and beyond. Was in on December 30th around lunch time and I was blown away at how helpful and attentive the staff were- wish I got their names so I could give them a proper shout out! A bit pricey but worth it.

Have never had a bad experience. The staff are so friendly and are also very cautious/accommodating of food intolerances. A favourite regular spot.Dietary restrictions: Very tasty gluten free bun available
The subs are AMAZING, store is usually very clean and the employees are generally friendly. Be sure to leave yourself with time to spare though, as service takes at least 10 minutes.

This franchise today was VERY understaffed... management should be ashamed of themselves as it affects employee moralle and customer service. At one point, there was only one guy working cuz the other was on break. I felt bad for the 2 on shift.

Best sub-style sandwich you'll get in Burlington. The way they steam the meat before making the sub makes it ridiculously juicy. I've had about every sub on the menu so far and each one has been great. I wasn't a huge fan of the soups personally, but their brownies are insane. Somehow the brownie is crispy and gooey at the same time, and for $3.00 it's a nice end of meal treat.
