Busy place not enough staff. Disappointed that the Oaxaca automatically comes with steak despite the website saying it doesn't. According to the worker they changed the menu 5 days ago. Cannot believe there is an up charge for replacing steak with tofu as not everyone eats dead animals on mondays. Workers were polite and worked fast despite there being only two in the store to begin with and both are 5 star employees in my opinion.

I'm a big fan of Freshii, I have ordered food from many different locations but I have found the amount of food provided from this location disappointing on more than one occasion. I feel that if I'm paying $17 for a salad, the bowl should be packed where staff needs to struggle to put the lid on, there shouldn't be an inch of room left. I know we are all struggling with food costs, but this extra inch would be a mile where customer satisfaction is concerned.

Ordered for pick up via uber eats. I've never been so disappointed in a freshii location. I normally don't order from this location but today I did for the first time. Added protein to my bowls, almost no protein was included. Couldn't taste the sauce whatsoever, and that is saying a lot, as I don't like a lot of sauce. Every other add in to the bowl was very little, I think I had two small pieces of broccoli total? I feel ripped off paying nearly $40 for two bowls that look like they've already been more than half eaten.

I’m incredibly disgusted and disappointed with this location. My first time visiting and I witnessed 2 roaches basically fly across the store. I didn’t even finish my food, which would have been a problem if it wasn’t cold and didn’t have 4 long strands of hair in it. Absolutely sickening customer service, attitudes and looks were not appreciated.

This place is awful. So cheap, putting almost nothing in the bowls. You will feel like you got completely ripped off. No other location is like this, just save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Literally ANYWHERE else.
Nice people and food is always pretty good but I’m sorry you need to have more than 1 or 2 people working especially during lunch and dinner time. It’s so slow every single time.

Just ordered 2 kale caesar salads for pick up. Salads were very tasteless. I tried just the dressing on its own and it had zero flavor so I called the location to let them know maybe it wasn't made properly. The quinoa and chicken were also very bland. The girl on the phone didn't seem to care and said it was made according to directions and it was fine. Maybe she didn't put enough dressing on. She said "we will make it better next time". For me there wont be a next time. This location used to be great and I would go out of my way to go there. Something has definitely changed.

Such a waste of money - the girl working was wonderful and my review has nothing to do with her. The food was soo bland and undercooked - expensive for something that is just a basic salad bowl

I just ordered Cobb salad through uber eats, to say i am disappointed it’s underestimate….My salad was missing eggs and chicken didn’t look fresh, I wish i read reviews before ordering from this location.Awful experience
