This place has been going down hill for a while (not just this location) BUT, this branch hit rock bottom on Friday due to a Buddha Bowl which was garbage. Noodles were not cooked (dry and hard) 3 small pieces of chicken, 2 florets of broccoli and a few other scatterings. Hardly any sauce.

This used to be my go-to location for bowls. While I still enjoy the bowls (hence the two stars), the last few times, there hasn't been nearly enough sauce. They don't taste good without it, and $1.49 is a ridiculous amount to pay for extra sauce, when it can't possibly be costing them more than 10¢ for an extra squeeze. This is specific to this particular freshii location, as other locations aren't so stingy with it.My breaking point was my latest order where the Buddha Satay noodles not only were severely under-sauced, but also included a hair at the bottom of the bowl. I think this will be the last time I eat from this Freshii location.

My family and I came to Freshii for the first time! Sim was amazing! She welcomed us as we walked in, answered all our questions we had, helped us in the best way possible and was overall super genuine and kind! The food was so good as well! We will definitely be coming back if we’re ever in this area!

I went for a banana nut smoothie on Friday, July 7 at 1:30pm. I selected this option because it listed frozen yogurt instead of others which listed milk or dairy. I watched them make the smoothie with milk and ice rather than frozen yogurt. I asked why they were doing that and that it lists frozen yogurt which is very different. As someone with a milk allergy, I can still have frozen yogurt. She said it was the same thing and tried to show me the carton of milk - I said oh, is it dairy or lactose free?! She said no. I thought, why are you trying to show me this carton of milk. It’s milk. Not frozen yogurt. She made no apology and handed me my smoothie which I couldn’t drink. I told her I felt it was dangerous to put milk (or any ingredient) into the item ordered without telling people of a substitution. She said she would “take my feedback”. No apology.If you don’t have an item you need to tell someone so they may change or cancel their order. If I didn’t place this order personally in store I wouldn’t have known. I’ll never go back. Be careful or you’ll get very sick.

Got a salad from here with no dressing, had to eat plain lettuce, and plain chicken for dinner.I ordered a salad from here through their website as they don’t take phone call orders anymore. When i picked up the salad I could see the girl making the salad and could not see any dressing but since I was a bit far wasn’t sure so I asked her before leaving if there is dressing on the salad and she confirmed yes.I understand that employees can make mistakes. Hence, I called the store one week ago and told them about this sad salad that I got with no dressing. Every time I’ve called there’s no manager in the store and have been told that the manager will call me back and there has been no callback for over a week. Clearly the manager or the owners in the store. I have no idea what’s going on.

Food is bland and over priced. I got a veggie Teriyaki bowl which had a bit of vegetables with brown rice and ton of soya sauce. My friend ordered a burrito with chicken and paid $15 for it. It was not worth it.
