The location of the walk up window is inside the vestibule of the main mall if you use the doors by the LCBO and the CIBC of the Fortinos Plaza.The staff of the store is hit and miss. Some are friendly and others are terrible.The pizza slices are large in size but average in taste and quality.The seating area is the common area of the mall.
