We had an opportunity to experience Hakka Rise & Momo House this weekend. We ordered their Jhol Momo, Chicken Corn Soup, Chicken Hot and Sour Soup, KungPow Chicken, Chicken Noodles, and Mangolian Beef. Every single thing was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Highly recommended Halal Hakka food.

A Flavorful Journey: Hakka Rice & MoMo HouseLocated in Burlington, Hakka Rice & MoMo House offers a delightful fusion of Hakka, Thai, Indian, and Nepali cuisines. Upon entering the cozy establishment, my party and I were promptly seated without any waiting—an auspicious start to our dining experience. Our culinary adventure commenced with an order of paneer chili dry and veg Hakka noodles, complemented by a serving of veg steamed momo, whose anticipated preparation time of 30 minutes was communicated to us with refreshing honesty. The veg Hakka noodles were a savory delight, expertly seasoned and generously adorned with crisp vegetables, providing a satisfying balance of flavors and textures. However, the paneer chili dry, while decent, fell short of expectations due to slightly tough paneer, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the dish.Moderately spiced and thoughtfully portioned, each dish showcased a harmonious blend of ingredients, setting the stage for the true star of the evening—the veg steamed momo. A testament to culinary craftsmanship, these delicate dumplings exceeded all expectations, boasting a tantalizing fusion of flavors within a flawlessly thin outer layer. The filling, reminiscent of paneer bhurji, captivated the palate with its richness and depth.Even as I savored each delectable bite, the impeccable balance of flavors rendered any additional dipping sauce unnecessary. Though initially unable to finish my portion, the momo proved to be even more delightful upon reheating the next day—a testament to their enduring appeal. The attentive service and reasonable prices further enhanced the dining experience, with the total bill for three dishes and a beverage amounting to a modest $44, excluding tax.In conclusion, Hakka Rice & MoMo House offers a memorable culinary journey that tantalizes the taste buds and leaves a lasting impression. For aficionados of Nepali cuisine, the veg steamed momo are an absolute must-try, ensuring that I will undoubtedly return to indulge in their flavorful offerings once more.

AMAZING FOOD!The reason I tried this place was because of the reviews of the momos, everyone raved about them.. and THEY WERE RIGHT!!the chilli chicken momo is amazing!! Spicey and they were plump and the filling was fantastic.Since then I have been here many times. everything is amazing, fresh and made with love! The dinning room is nice enough seating for a party. The staff are friendly and the location is clean.Try them out you wont be disappointed.

I ordered tandoori momos and veg noodles, even through they asked for the spice level but after eating them, i got stomach pain in night and still have the problem. This place was recommended by friends for delicious momos but will never come again as it’s too spicy and salty.
