Came here for lunch the other day and was perfect

Went tonight at 7:30 pm to pick up burgers and fries. I did not see the lady who was cooking the burgers wearing a hair net, no gloves and I understand you can’t wear them while cooking on the grill but at least wash your hands before handling food. Common people! I’m trying support businesses during covid but this was not what I expected. Burgers were cold, when I got home, I live 5 mins away. This location hasn’t always been this way, but tonight I was surprised.

Pretty said that it’s is posted that it closes at 8:00 pm and it’s only 7:30 pm. They locked the doors and someone is still inside. Guess you do need the business. Read other reviews and this happened to someone else before. Don’t post closing times if you don’t plan on staying open.
Google said location updated hours two days ago to show 10:30pm closing on Thursday.Showed up Thursday Aug 13 at 9:25, doors locked. Sign on door says they close at 9:30

If I am going to have fast food, my first choice is this Harvey's restaurant. We've gone to other Harveys in Burlington and other cities, but this one is the best. The service is fast and friendly and the burgers are consistently tasty. Harvey's offers a good veggie patty -- not the ubiquitous Beyond Beef burger -- and the Harvey's burger is tastier to me than many of the other pre-made patties. I like that you can upsize the onion rings in a combo, too.

Honestly the food wasn't bad. But the customer service was absolutely awful. i was waiting for my deep fried pickles to finish and a staff member had made a burger for himself that was extra because it had been sitting on the warmer awhile. The manager came out and got mad at him and he argued back out of self defence no problem but she continued to argue back like a child while there were guests sitting in the dining room and waiting to order etc. As i said good food but horrible customer service especially on the managers part. Disgusting.
