The quality of the sushi is unmated. The rice has a beautiful wine vinegar infusion. The texture is perfect and the flavours are exquisite. I will be making this my regular spot and the only place I go for sushi.
Nice and quaint sushi spot in Burlington. I didn't get to try their omakase set menu but had the delight of ordering everything A La Carte at the sushi bar. The Sushi Chef was very sweet and from Osaka and made great conversation. Great for a date spot, quick sushi, or small friends/family gathering. The fish quality was great if you're looking for some premium quality pieces. The uni was shipped in that morning so it was perfectly fresh and sweet, I had to order another round :) I had the Akitora Sparkling Sake - Junmai. It was my first time having a sparkling sake and I would highly recommend it! Very refreshing, flavours were light and sweet, and it paired well with all the sushi I ordered. Honestly, I accidentally went to the Burlington location instead of Oakville haha but it was still a very enjoyable experience. Visited the restaurant Feb 1, 2024 @ 7pm.

We were excited to try this sushi spot from the ratings but the sushi did not meet our expectations. The sushi platter was okay. The salmon lover however did not look or taste good at all. It looks like we did not get a fresh batch. Sashimi did taste off and the salmon roll did not taste that great and did not look the best either. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice.

I think Hoseki Sushi might be one of the best sushi restaurants in the GTA. It’s also one of the best sushi meals I’ve had outside of Japan. The food is excellent and the price is very reasonable. Please open a location in Mississauga and Toronto :)

I’ve been searching for an excellent sushi place for years here in Burlington. I’m so thankful I found this place!!!!! Not only is it the best in Burlington, it is definitely one of the best in Ontario. If you’re looking for quality, and price is not an issue, this is the place to go. Their prices are not ridiculous to begin with, considering the quality of food you will get. Definitely a place for the more discerning and discriminating sushi lover.
Booked a table but only the bar was available. Strange. The food though....made up for it. Best Sushi Burlington, by far.
