I tried this place for first time on Sunday night for dinner. When we arrived it was almost empty. Just one table with customers. We took the all you can eat option. The delivery of the plates was relatively fast. We did not like some plates as the meat was so hard and had to return them. We also received some items we did not order and had to return them. We were not asked how we were doing or if there was something else we wanted. Actually, when we needed something, we had to call out waitress to ask for it. For the price and food quality, there are much more options available for all you can eat sushi.

Food is generally tasty and with sufficient variety. There were some strange substitutions on some of the garnishings as part of the sashimi dish I had but nothing terrible.The service was slow and inconsistent on the day we went. I think they were understaffed on the holiday we visited on.The atmosphere was reasonable but had the stereotypical mishmash of decorations one might find in some Asian themed restaurants.Parking: The lot has a strange split between the two plazas . This could mean you have to walk over from one side of the other but nothing onerous except for those with accessibility issues.

The meal started off well with the butterfish and salmon sashimi, particularly the torched butterfish. However many of the other rolls, including the yam roll had far too much mayo (why was there so much mayo?) to the point where you couldn't taste much else. Then we get to the ramen. The broth lacked flavor and the noodles were linguine/spaghetti. Also noticed in the washroom the sushi chef did not use soap when washing his hands. Some highlights, but some improvements needed especially for the price.

Enjoyed a great lunch with my friend here. IMI always a good choice for exquisite dishes with reasonable price. The staff are absolutely wonderful and super friendly... which I haven't seen in other sushi places tbh. The food is amazing, the rolls, sushi, sashimi, dumplings, spring rolls were all on point. We dropped in for lunch on Sunday just after they opened. The service was prompt and friendly. We had the the all you can eat menu ordered from a tablet. The variety of sushi and cooked food is huge. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The tempura and fried items were also very good. We will drop in again the next time we're in Burlington!

I ordered through Uber Eats. The chicken seemed off, so I had to toss out the skewers, teppanyaki and teriyaki. The dishes were very salty and oily. Hopefully, I won't get food poisoning.
The spring rolls and tempura shrimp were ok after tossing them into the air fryer for a few minutes. I don't like them soft.
Not recommended.
