Amazing food, service & atmosphere. It was very busy yet we only waited 5 minutes for our table & there was no delay on our food arriving, I was very impressed. Our server was very pleasant & attentive, definitely looking forward to going back!

I have been here a few times in the past, but my recent visit left something to be desired. A few aspects of this particular experience stood out negatively.Firstly, despite being a party of two, we were seated at a large round table, which made conversation challenging. Opting to sit next to each other instead of across from one another created an awkward angle to eat and talk. Additionally, our drinks arrived after our appetizers, which we had to point out to our server that we did not receive them.Regarding the food, while the dishes have been satisfactory in the past, my recent choice, pasta rigatoni, lacked flavor and was nothing special.Overall, while I have enjoyed many meals here in the past, this visit fell short of the usual standard.

Everything was good but I am writing this because the manager (and self proclaimed part owner) was quite rude. I had pointed out that their menu on their website under the appropriate location(burlington) had claimed a lunch special that wasn’t on the in house menus.The server told this to the above manager and he came in really hot making all of these excuses. Even after I showed him the discrepancy, he said it’s a spelling mistake or something all agitated. Like dude…. how about a “thanks for making us aware and sorry for the confusion.” Instead, he treated us like we were dumb and showed they are clearly not a customer first business.Definitely created an unnecessary dark cloud over an otherwise positive experience. It wasn’t even a pricing issue which I could understand if those were lagging in update.I want to mention- the server was fantastic - we actually had the same server here last week as well and she is a professional!

Group of 6. Atmosphere is nice. Food was Meh. The killer was service- they really need some experienced staff, absolutely brutal. Drinks arrived AFTER we ate. Couldn’t even get cutlery. I’ve had better service at a government office. Don’t waste your money.
Atmosphere was excellent but the food was mediocre.The biggest issue? The service was awful - from our arrival to departure. Our hostess could not locate the reso but eventually did. Our server was obviously new and didn’t bring the correct ordered appetizers, the second drink ordered came after we had finished eating our meals, the food was luke warm. The drinks ordered tasted like sweet Shirley Temples (kids drinks) but we ordered off the menu with alcohol. We asked for a dessert menu to have coffee after dinner but no server came to take our orders. We did stop a server who heard our request but no one came and we waited an additional fifteen minutes before leaving. We were a table of six sitting in the bar area and it wasn’t that busy. More experienced wait staff would definitely improve this restaurant’s reputation for high level service.

I've been to industria quite a few times and enjoyed it despite the fact that they frequently run out of dishes or ingredients of dishes (particularly mussels which they run out of often), but after last Sunday, it's going to be a while before I walk through their doors again.I called them in the afternoon to make reservations for the night as we were excited to try their "taste of burlington" prix fixe menu offerings. The first time I called, someone answered saying please hold. I was on hold for just shy of 10 minutes before hanging up and trying again. Called back and no one answered. Tried again after 15 minutes and finally got somebody, so I asked if I could make a reservation for 3. The girl who answered said they were very slow (so why was I put on hold and no one answering?), and there was no need to make a reservation & just walk in.When we walked in there was a 45 minute wait. We waited for about 10 minutes and it dawned on me to ask if they had mussels which was one of the "taste of burlington" offerings for appetizer. Sure enough, they had run out by 6:00. We left and went to another restaurant with TOB offerings called Mythos which was fantastic and were seated quickly.Industria would be good if they could get a grip on having enough ingredients for what they offer and their staff for trying to make reservations. It is now frustrating and a waste of time.

My family and I celebrated my stepdad's birthday here tonight, and it was definitely a good choice for a milestone birthday. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, the food was great and reasonably priced and they were accommodating for the birthday party. I would definitely recommend this place for any special occasion!Parking: Our parking spot was right in front of the restaurant!Kid-friendliness: They had coloring books and baby chairs for the kids there with us.

First time coming here. Saturday for lunch - group of 16. Service was excellent and fast, all food came out quickly and was super fresh. Would definitely come back here again.
