The reputation of this place being lousy is accurate. It's a disorganized, incompetent, thoroughly unprofessional disaster. Used to be so good! Other Kelsey's still are great. This place employs staff who are utterly clueless and totally inexperienced, ensuring a rotten experience.

Great food and service. We only had one bad experience with a younger waitress one late evening who didn’t seem interested in serving us. She didn’t take down our order properly and when it came in wrong it took 10 minutes to get her attention.Other than that the service had been really good.
