I went this location to order plant based burger and I want to redeem coupon. So I order 2 burger combo’s and I told him I am gonna pay for this order and I am gonna order another burger combo with another other coupons then that Punjabi guy said that I am not able to redeem 2 coupons at same location and talked so rudely with me. I redeem 2 coupons at so many different location no one said that I can redeem 2 coupons. So please don’t visit here this guys don’t know what they are doing.

I arrived at 8:20 pm google says this location closes at 9pm they told me they were closed and would not serve me they were clearly just too lazy to do the work and wanted to close up early which is not fair and does not accurately represent the hours advertised it’s not like I arrived 5 mins before close there was 40 minutes until 9pm

The food is terrible at this place. Avoid it like the plague. I ordered a 4 piece meal and the chicken was full of feathers and it was old as hell, most likely left over from yesterday and it tasted like chewing on a belt with no flavour and very dark due to old oil, the fries were the same. I took it back and she tried to say that they only cooked it at 11 am but there’s no way as it was way too old.She finally gave me a sandwich meal Instead but I wouldn’t recommend eating here! Avoid anything that’s owned and operated by Indians simple as that and I’m not being racist or anything but I’ve had nothing but a bad experience to every franchise that’s operated by them. Terrible!!!

Really terrible experience tonight. Wanted to try the festive sandwhich… location not only tried to scam us out of our meal box order.. they then claimed to be out of stuffing (um it’s supposed to be on the sandwich). When I complained I only got an awkward shrug as if it was my problem that they couldn’t give us the right order. We ended up leaving, paying full price and not getting our food as promised.

One of the worst restaurants and service you can ever get. Employees are so rude and racist, they treat people and drivers very bad and they think that they own the whole place but I think they forgot they are only franchising this restaurant and they are in canada where people have rights !The employees working there are so racist and they discriminated me because I have a beard and that is very awful from them.The employees treating drivers so bad and making them beg to get the order inorder to deliver to the customers where as it should be ready for the drivers only to pickup and go to deliver, also the manager is so rude and disrespectful that he sweared and cussed so many bad words when I was trying to pickup an order to deliver.I cant believe that this is happening in our society, and it's very frustrating and unfortunate.

Very mismanaged place!BE ALERT AND VIGILANT!God i love the colonel’s food but the staff here is riddled with problems. First of all the girl did not recognize a nickel (5 cents Canadian). The order was $38.06 naturally with cash i try and round up left her 2 queen bills and a nickel. She was baffled Nd has to use a calculator. Sure Hanji doesn’t know math it’s okay. As im waiting in line a customer comes and their order that was scheduled to be completed and for pickup at 4:45pm wasn’t ready for 4:50pm. ? “it had just came in” said the employee. The only sauces available was bbq and plum…. They sure have the herb and spices but are back ordered on the sauces. Go to another KFC unless you really need the good fix while at the mall.

None of the fountain drinks had any flavours filled in them. Upon notifying an employee they were rude in their response, I was denied getting refunded and returning my cup even though I hadn’t had anything to drink, and it took over 10 minutes to resolve the situation and get flavouring in the fountain beverages again.

Edit: Reading through the comments. The employee at the register who was extremely rude and unhelpful to me was the manager with a black turban that many other reviewers complained about.I placed an order online to pick up at this store today. When I arrived, the employee at the register claimed that they did not receive any pickup order. I showed him the order in my account and asked him what I should do. He said "I don't know what you do. That's between you and the app." I asked "Well. Is there any number you could call, like a corporate number?" He said "No. You can call the customer support or whatever number." Then another employee came out from the back. He said there was a cancellation button on the orders page which if I clicked, would give me a refund. I tried but it showed a message window instead saying I needed to call the store's number and the store would give me a refund. I showed the message to the first employee and asked if this is the store's number. He said "Yes. You need to call the number". I asked him why I needed to call the number if both of us were standing right here. He said there was nothing he could do. I said the message said the store should refund me but he refused. Now that I can see the order is removed from my account. I suspect that they had the order all along and processed the refund after I left. Too bad I already saved the screenshots.
