Recently ordered here 1 zinger combo, literally took 25min to make with just 3 customers in line. Place looks clean and I do believe there was enough (3) staff but this was ridiculous. When food finally came the zinger was overcooked and burnt, Fries

I am so disappointed and let down byKFC (Mapleview mall) this store is different from other branches in terms of portions of meat that one gets and the quality of food they serve.Beware customers !! if you purchase more than two piece of chickenThey give you rib portions, we all know that there is not enough meat from the chicken ribsBut this store sells them all day long, that’s how they make money but ripping people off.You don’t find this at Other KFC’sInstead we get portions like drum sticks, breast, thighs …but not on maple view mall branch.Secondly Their fries ? omg they are dark brown in colour why? because of the stale oil they use. You can only get this colour if you don’t change your oil for a while andYou can smell stale oil from their food.This is terrible, they are abusing the brand/name of original KFC.

App is a piece of utter garbage, but the people at KFC/Taco Bell here are quite friendly and quick, so the food is good but the app needs SERIOUS work!
