I've stopped going to this location. My last six visits (anywhere between 11am and 3pm, over the last few months), I've had to pull up and wait out front. The longest wait was seven min.April 24th: 11:20am, against better judgement I ended up here again. Ordered 3 quarter pounders and 2 large fries. Pulled up to pay and the order was read back to me "2 quarter pounders and to large fries". I corrected the order, paid, and pulled up. Surprise, surprise, asked to pull up to the front and park as they had to wait on the fries. Order came out, said thank you and made my way back to the office. Opened the bag- 2 quarter pounders and 2 large fries. Paid for 3 bugers and 2 fries. $37.23. The universe is telling me to stop going here. I will listen

I am not at all pleased with the service here. I ordered two chicken McMuffins with egg. It stated that on the receipt and in the sticker they put in the actual mcmuffin wrapper itself. I went back to work only to find no egg in both of them. I had to go back to them for them to add the eggs. However they were very rude about it and blamed me for not checking the McMuffins myself. I am not obligated to check my order in drive through to see if it’s correct when I should expect it to be right. Maybe you should train your kitchen staff to properly make the order then expect your customers to check the order. I was very nice about the situation, did not ask for a refund and just wanted the egg. They did not apologize and were talking back rudely about the issue. Anyway…do not recommend going to this location but if you do check your order before you leave.

Not sure why I continuously punish myself with McDonald's...it's never good it just is ...and now seems expensive

This has been my neighborhood McDonald's for many years but over the last 3-5 years I have seen a steady decline in all areas of this restaurant- on a regular basis when going threw drive threw you are asked to park and ofter wait at least 10mins for your food. On a regular basis food is cold by the time you get home (I live about 5 mins away) On a regular basis I have asked to diet coke and get home to discover its coke zero or regular coke, I have also been told on a few occasions they just don't have diet coke - tonight your only drink options were ice tea or fanta. And when concerns are voiced they often fall on deaf ears.

Ordered a poutine for takeout there was no fork added . I was at work how am i supposed to eat wothout a fork?

I live 5 min away from this location and the fries were cold by the time I got home. Then went to take a sip of my medium diet coke and they only filled it up 3/4 of the way. Absurd when prices are skyrocketing but everything else is plummeting.
I understand this location is crazy busy with walk in, drive thru, orders out to the parking lot, skip the dishes, Uber eats or whatever whatever...But getting your order correct with the right item(s), nothing missing, or ordering a Coke and getting a Sprite seems to be a real challenge that this place?!Is it too many hands in the kitchen? Not enough staff? Too much going on? Beats me!!??!!

Found boogers attached to what was clearly nose hairs on my order. What a garbage establishment. Manager was completely useless. Disgusting food just got worse. Free items with meal usually infers a toy, not snot with hair from who the hell knows employee! Had to give 1 star otherwise I can’t post! -100

I went to the drive thru at 11.15 pm last night January 15th 2024, orders 2 quarter pounder sandwiches and med Fries, and they asked me to wait in the reserved parking spots as they will be a min late, after 20 min (11.35 pm) where no body bring anything i went down and knocked on their door as it was locked and the guy told me that he forgot about me and after almost 5 more minutes he brought me the 2 sandwiches i ordered with the fries “ the sandwiches were room temp not even warm , the fries were good, NO ketchup,Parking: Non
