Just bought this the burger was so dowsed with grease the bun was falling apart and so was the box it came in. Went back the kid was nice enough to get me a second one but it was exactly the same. The staff also had lines of people and seemed more I retested in talking and listening to their music. I just threw it out and won’t go back. Thank you for putting me off McDonald’s forever

I would love to give 5 stars for service, as the cashier I have almost every lunch hour I visit throughout the week provides the best service, but almost EVERY time my bbq sauce is missing from my order :( it adds up when you pay for it every time and it’s missing almost every time!

By far the filthiest Mcdonalds i have ever been to. None of the tables were clean. Used napkins, food bits everywhere.. Every surface was sticky to touch. Fries were cold and soggy and the nuggets had small black bits stuck to them. I guess they were fried in stale oil. Disgusting place.

This restaurant is an insult to every restauranteur who works hard to cook good food and strives to serve his clients and provide good ambience and a pleasant experience and makes in a month less than 1% of what this place makes in a week selling overpriced disgusting food with zero service in a beyond filthy facility.I think the pictures and video that show how dirty the place was including a massive hair ball on the floor right in front of the cashier say it all but what they don’t show is that:1) It ruined my night out with my kid2) The fries were cold3) There was no ketchup in the dispenser4) There was no syrup in the coke machine5) There was no paper in the printer6) The burgers were a mess7) There was not one single table that was not filthy8) They cleaned one for me with a filthy rug9) I paid 30 dollars for two junk burgers10) After my complain they did nothing to clean the place and when I left the place was even worst that when I complained.And I paid 30 dollars for this experience.I believe that CFIA should close this place because it is unhealthy, filthy and disgusting.Please do not come here! You deserve better.

Whoever was the order taker at 1:45 on December 8th she was very very rude. I was trying to order with her being nice and explaining what I want and the was getting attitude from her about it and then to top it off on my sandwich I said no mustard and she said no cheese on it and when I told her the mistake (before it was made) she ripped my receipt out of my hand and went to the kitchen and told them the mistake and was saying some not so nice things about me that I could here and then rudely handed me my food. I don’t know what the big deal was I wasn’t being rude and I wasn’t making a big deal about it but I won’t be coming back to this one with this attitude
