Never a disappointment grabbing a sub here, both pick up and delivery is exactly as ordered. Fresh bread, good quality meats and topping and friendly people working. Even some great suggestions when I wanted to change up my usual order. Blows the Subway down the road out of the water and worth the slightly longer wait to be served by someone who takes time to chat while they make a great sandwich. 100% a Mr Sub convert based on this location.

I came to this store tonight & I left feeling like a burden. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service before. The employee with the red pixie cut and tattoos made me feel like I was doing her a disservice by coming in to buy a sub. She gave me so much attitude and was so sassy with me, I felt embarrassed & I was so close to just leaving without my sandwiches because I don’t deserve to feel like that at a place where I am paying.

Stopped here on our way to Niagara Falls and Sue did a great job making us some yummy and filling veggie subs. Plenty of seating and place doesn't feel crowded. Washroom was clean too.

Well, it's been around for a long time and it's an exspensive sandwich in the end.
I went there today for lunch while at work- figured I’d support the small company, you know?The lady ahead of me was being served when I noticed a grasshopper climbing on the salt and pepper shaker so I politely told the lady working. She said “don’t be afraid, it’s just a bug” and killed it with her gloves she was serving with. She changed her gloves, but didn’t wash her hands. I ordered, noticed the lettuce was brown, but didn’t say anything. About a minute later I felt something on my hand and it was another huge grasshopper. Startled, I screamed and flung it off me. To which lady again replied “it’s just a grasshopper, it’s not going to hurt you”Get the bugs under control. So gross. Will not be back.

My husband & I stopped here after a baseball game on Sept. 4, 2023 at around 9:45pm and the service was wonderful!! She was extremely polite and even gave us extra meat on our subs!! The bread was very fresh plus the cucumbers were still fresh & crunchy for it being 15 minutes to closing. The place was very clean as well!! Definitely recommend!!

The worker burnt my sub and I over heard her say oh well to the other worker and she handed me my sub. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got to work and unwrapped it.

Incredibly great experience at this location! ( I frequent this location a lot to do Uber eats pick ups) had yet to order anything from here until my lunch break today. I sadly never caught the woman’s name, but incredibly great and friendly service! Complimented my Michael Myers T-shirt and turns out she’s a huge fan of the horror fandom. Recommended a great old horror movie I haven’t seen yet (great recommendation btw it was a good movie!!). Overall customer service experience was of a great standard from this nice woman. The Food was good- compared to the location in Mapleview mall (their bread is so dry and crumbly there) the Plains Rd location’s food is superb compared to others. Bread was fresh, soft and NOT crumbly. Everything tasted great ( got the large assorted cold cut sub) all ingredients were fresh and all tasted good. On top of the good food, I got very friendly service. I hope to see this lovely lady again on my next visit!! ? would recommend this location is your itching for a sub sandwich like I was today!! ??
