However when I went in today I simply asked why the meatballs looked a little off and the lady (I believe is the owner) became very rude with me and very defensive. Definitely will not be returning stick to subway just up the street if you want a meatball

This is the best Mr. Sub in the GTA hands down! I believe it’s a husband and wife that run this location, and I can see how dedicated and hardworking they are as a team. Consistently, they ensure to use fresh bread, and quality toppings. Other locations could really take a couple notes from these owners.Keep up the great work!

This restaurant consistently provides small portions of meat on their subs. I have gone here multiple times thinking that each small portion I had received was a one-off instance, but they continue to disapoint. In today's Louisiana chicken sub, I had 4 small/thin pieces of chicken that didnt even come close to covering a 6 inch section of the sub. It was essentially bread and vegetables. In the restaurant's attempt to cut costs, they have lost a customer and likely others who dont bother to take the time to review. Do yourself a favour, if you are set on Mr. Sub, skip this location and go to the location at Uppermiddle and Guelph line if you are in the Burlington area. Ordering from this location is a waste of money.

So yesterday I ordered the Canadian club sandwich got home and ate it everything was fine for an hour or so then all of a sudden I start puking uncontrollably go to the hospital low and behold I have food poisoning and have been stuck in bed all day and seeing how this was the only thing I ate all day I’m pretty sure I know where I got it from please be careful when ordering from here

The food was good, fresh ingredients, customer service was great- very friendly, cost me $15.50 for a large assorted sub combo. Some locations have dry bread- this location has fresh bread and was soft and didn’t break apart while eating??Parking: Lots of parking, no issues with finding a spot at this location.

This Mr.Sub is hands down the best one in Burlington! It is clean, the bread is always very fresh, and the employees and owners are extremely friendly. They consistently put tender care into my sub creation and politely inquire to ensure the sub has been made to my liking. The pizza sub is out of this world! I wanted to make sure I posted a review because this Mr.Sub is awesome!!
