My boyfriend has raved about Napoli's for the longest time. Unfortunately our experience yesterday left us disappointed.The pizza here is fantastic - the lady that served us was great and very friendly. However the man that gave us our order when it was finished was incredibly rude. We paid for 2 large pizza and 4 garlic dips - the man argued with my boyfriend over giving us the dips. Initially he refused to give us any, but after insisting, the man reluctantly gave us 2.*I'm editing my review because of the owner's response and an edit from my boyfriend*Our food was great - no question. I may have misunderstood the exchange my boyfriend and the man had over the dips - as such I've updated to a way more positive review. Thank you!

Unfortunately quite disappointed with the quality of toppings, lack of cheese and price. Ordered mushrooms, couldn't see or taste any. Ordered bacon...at this price point, expected slices, got bacon bits. Ordered pickup specials off the website. They charged me $20 more than what my math figured. Was really looking forward to it, but sadly was worse than the value pizza places. Won't be back.

love this place my son is a huge fan. Great pizza for a great price and is also quick and local definitely recommend for get togethers or Birthday party's and also if your just trying to grab a yummy slice of pizza 11/10.
Didnt realize what I was getting into until I got my delivery but also got IT by the reviews which I wonder if even real :/Pizza is medicore, I defintely make better myself. Pepperonini was raw. Hot peppers did not look fresh. Crust was meh. I asked for both smalls to be WELL DONE. They were not. 30 later...Will not be back & do not recommendFor someone to call themselves Napoli pizza is very misleading. Not authentic at all.

Came here with high expectations because of all the good reviews. I must say this has been the most horrible pizza I've ever eaten. Very disappointing I couldn't even finish the pizza. Definitely NOT even close to Italian quality pizza. I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews.... Save your money and go someplace else!

Napoli sounds Italian to me.... Pizza was very mediocre/bland with no flavour, I've had better pizza at the cheapest local joint. Not sure why its so highly rated, I wouldn't recommend.
