Disappointing! My family always buy the shawarma platter or on the rocks in Osmows at Burlington Mall, which used to be so tasty, with meat warm and right portion. Lately, its gross...meat is supercold like -10 winter, fatoush salad and rice not great and portion even if you buy large you’ll get the same meat portion like the small size. Meat cut also is not shawarma cut, its big chunks and tough like the very last part of the overcooked chix from the grill. I thought once is okay maybe coincidence new chef new staff etc..but now 3rd time yuk! :-(
Bones in shawarma, fries were still frozen and soggy with raw potato, meat was from hot plate not rotisserie. Was not "made right" and they asked for a tip... Would not return even if I was desperate.
