Pictured are the Canadian with a pancake and the keto. The food as per the norm was fantastico, as well as the service.Only thing lacking was the eggs. I felt like they had *maybe* been sitting for a bit before the other food joined them on the plate but honestly was still stellar. And the potatoes ALWAYS MAKE UP FOR IT!! They are amazing.

This place offered a positive experience overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and they have a dedicated kids' menu which is great for families. The portion sizes were definitely generous, something to keep in mind. Our Philly cheese steak platter was delicious, and others at the table enjoyed their meals as well. However, the omelet was a bit overwhelming with goat cheese. It might be perfect for someone who loves goat cheese, but for me, it was a bit much. The kids' rainbow pancakes were a bit dry, but still edible.Side fruits were super fresh and were our favorite. The coffee (drip coffee we went for) was fine but not the best that i have had.Overall:This is a good spot for a hearty breakfast, especially if you have a big appetite. Just be aware that the portions can be substantial, and some dishes may be on the richer side.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and automatic door openers.

Came here really for the crispy french toast. It's the best thing on the menu. My only gripe with the restaurant is the booking system. I left home and there was no wait list. When I arrived 20 minutes later all of a sudden there's a 30 minute waitlist. Pur and Simple needs to modernize their booking system. Let people book a time slot in advance.

Was here for breakfast once and it was "ok" (the Hollandaise was clearly not made from scratch but from powder form) but recently went for a late breakfast/early lunch and won't be back. Ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was a plate 3/4 covered in generic french fries that clearly came from a frozen bag, and a "Philly" that was 90% black-burned bun, and 10% ground "meat." There was no steak to speak of. It was embarrassing. This is a fast food place masquerading as a restaurant. The bill with tip was nearly $60.

Update: changed to 4 stars because the they called and sincerely apologized.Original: Adding your name to the waitlist here has no importance if you’re not present. They do say they will hold it for 10min but that is not true! They will not wait for you. Please close the waitlist system if you don’t have the seating capacity to serve large crowds.

Update: changed to 4 stars because they called back and offered a sincere apology.Original: Joined the online waitlist because we’ve a baby and can’t afford to wait at the venue (which happens to be crowded too)The table was ready earlier than we expected but they said they’ll hold it for 10mins. We got there exactly 8 mins after and they’d already cancelled our spot. The receptionist offered to put us at the back of the line again but we obviously couldn’t do that so had to leave.I wouldn’t have minded if they just moved us down a spot because we did inform them we were running late. But it’s really uncool to cancel altogether.

In line at 11:15 and ate at 12:45. Couldn't get clear answers on GF options. Server nice and tried but couldn't answer simple questions "for sure", so I gave up and got a GF fruit crepe which was nice but not much of the "English cream" on it.Cappuccino was smallest I've ever seen!Okay experience, but once was enough.I did get feedback a few days later for this post from Pur&Simple asking how they can do better...so Kudos for that!I may in future try again.
