Vegetarian options: I enjoyed the Butternut squash and apple Risotto. It was fabulous! The first half had the butternut squash and it tasted like meat. The second half was like apple pie so, it’s like dinner and dessert in one dish. We celebrated a 50th birthday and the desserts are all fabulous…we tried one of everything with several forks. Pictured is the brownie cheesecake sitting in caramel sauce. Sinfully good. My mouth is watering just talking about it.

Went here on a date on a Friday night. We got the last reservation time available thankfully. I ordered the Roasted Mushroom Gnocci and shared the Asiago and Smoked Cheddar Dip as a starter. Both are vegetarian dishes and they were absolutely delicious.I love the ambience of the restaurant and their decor. And our server, Sasha, was so lovely and offered such great service. Would definitely recommend this place!

We first tried Paradiso in early January 2024; & really enjoyed it ? SO we went back this past week and ….. we loved it! We had a nice table for 2 & our waitress. Sasha, was so personable & attentive. We enjoyed fabulous meals from the daily special & the regular menu. The quality was fresh, flavourful & hot ? no heat lamps at Paradiso ? your meal comes straight from the pot/stove/oven to your table. We will be back ?

Absolutely amazing food.I can usually find something to harp on, and they didn't really leave the opportunity.Service was on point, not hovering, but we never waited for anything, and the last minute request landed as expected on time with my main course. We've enjoyed all levels of food and service across many areas and venues, the food and staff make this a must have experience for Burlington.Time about 4:30pm on a Saturday evening.

I've heard a lot about Paradiso and decided we would give it a try. We made a reservation and got seated shortly after we arrived. The place was packed, many around us were talking about how they might have over booked. The lady serving us was super friendly and so nice, she even tried to get us a discount on desert because of how long we waited for our food. The food was good quality and warm from the kitchen. People came around and refilled our drinks and gave us bread while we waited an hour for our food (not too sure what the usual wait time is) The place is lovely and had nice lighting! Nice place to checkout in the village square.Vegetarian options: They had options for vegetarians on the menu

Went in without knowing that the restaurant close hour is 9pm. Heather was our server, and she was very attentive and her timing was just right - checking in, asking about the quality of the food, do we need anything etc.We had crab cakes and duck Confit drumsticks for appetizers. Both were great, but the drumsticks were amazing, albeit a bit too salty. For mains we had the Lamb Sugo pasta and braised short rib. The short rib was cooked perfectly, and the accompaniments went very well with the protein. I would have liked to see some more carbs in it though. The Lamb Sugo while good didn't match up to the short rib.The cocktails - negroni, Manhattan and old fashioned could have used a little more love. Overall a great first experience and we shall be back shortly.

Alphabet Dinner Club resumed this past weekend with the letter "P". We traveled to Burlington to Paradiso Restaurant. This place was packed and had such a great vibe. The chocolate martini was a great start (dessert first). So many delicious plates kept arriving at our table - crab cake appetizers were out of this world. The 12 hour braised short rib was "fall off the bone" tender. Fabulous steak! A chicken dish that included a bread pudding was a big hit and scrumptious pasta dishes were had with the sausage rigatoni and mushroom gnocchi.Time for the real dessert - a caramel peacan tart, flights of creme brule (which is usually my go-to) but the star of the show was the carrot cake! You know everything was tasty when the common phrase throughout our meal was "oooh, you've gotta try this" and forkfuls were passed (good thing we're all family). Our server, Jordan, was a delight with her witty humour and took our jokes in stride. This place is a gem! If you're ever in Burlington, stop in - you won't be disappointed!

Upscale dining without a crazy price tag. The food was incredible, hearing the chefs call out the order and seeing them prepare adds to the experience. All the servers were very kind and clearly having a good time. It's a very comfortable atmosphere to sit in for a few hours and enjoy the food and drinks. They have a number of unique cocktails, as well as a creative food menu. Definitely will be returning. The date night menu is also incredible value for $80 (Mondays only).
