Came to meet family for a dinner. This is my third Piper Arms I've been to.This one did not disappoint in any which way.Food was hot and plentiful. Service from Jessica was second to no one. She definitely made the experience better.The manager even came by just to make sure we were all good. We will absolutely be back.

Came in for the lunch special today with some friends. Food was amazing as always but what stood out was our service. The restaurant was super busy but our server Neev was very attentive and quick with our needs despite how busy they were. Will be back soon!

Terrible experience! I ordered The Manhattan - AAA New York striploin steak (medium well done) with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables but it was the worst steak I've ever had. They have a lot of deep fried food on the menu and I tried to choose a healthy dish that was not at all tasty. I will never be their customer again.

I went with my lady friend on Saturday night for what we thought was gonna be a nice dinner at a pub. But they screwed up her order really bad. She asked for medium well steak and what they gave her was too well done for her. She didn’t really enjoy her food at all. Also the place was loud and noisy, so our conversation was tricky, especially since I have a bad ear and have trouble hearing.It’s really more of a sports bar than an actual pub. There are plenty of video screens but it’s not the environment she felt she would have when she picked the place. Overall, it was very disappointing, and I wasn’t too thrilled either.I had the fish and chips. The fish wasn’t too bad in all honesty, but the chips were kind of bland. I don’t know how hard it is to fry a potato and make it tasty, but apparently that’s a challenge for some places.Overall this place is average. But it’s not the kind of environment we hope to have for our date night. It’s a sports bar and they should make a point of saying so, so that people who want to enjoy an actual pub experience can get that experience. We did not so it’s unlikely we’ll return.

Expectations exceeded, the food was really a delight. Large menu, and really good prices. We think our servers shift ended during our meal so we got a bit forgotten but once I flagged someone down it was fine. I would come back!
