We were served by Nav tonight, April 5th, 2024 at the Pita Pit which is part of the Power Centre on the North Service Rd. and Brant St. We were very impressed by her customer service and ever present smile. They had a lot of vegetarian options. Nav also suggested adding goat cheese and low calorie dressing. Vegetables were warmed up on the grill and the pita lightly toasted. I usually never go to pita pit, because I have only had negative experiences with the chain. However, this location was wonderful. I am very indecisive when choosing things, so I let the worker, Nav, freestyle. She was incredible. Not only was her pita delicious, but her customer service was phenomenal. Thank you, Nav!

Vivek and his team went out of their way to feed 150+ educators on a training day. He fed them fresh ingredients, and even threw in some freshly baked and oh so good cookies on the side. Vivek and Brant St Pita Pit were very professional, met all of our needs, and were fast and upfront. Would highly recommend Pita Pit on Brant St (Sobey's Plaza) to the individual, but to the larger offices out there, too.
