This location closes early and it’s so frustrating. My partner and I got there 10 minutes before close and all the workers were on their way out the door which means they would’ve had to close around 30-45 minutes before closing! Unbelievable. We wasted so much of our time rushing to get there before close, you can’t just lock up the doors before your closing time? Imagine if every franchise did that? Pure laziness. Just don’t want to work.

3.5 / 5 Nice people. Poor execution. It’s usually pretty slow service but today they ruined the food. I order two identical pita souvlaki’s and they were so over salted, my team could barely eat them. I saw her poor it, and it looked like a lot.A bit disappointing, but a nice store.

Have to admit, I came here for a few years and it was great. Recently went for a lunch pita and the crew there was one step above animatronics. The grill looked like a crime scene, I asked if they could clean it and the high school kid looked like I asked to claim his first born. After 10 minutes of watching him try to scrape chipotle mayo off the grill I gave up and asked for a refund. Hopefully this was a one off, because prior this spot was always awesome for lunches.

We had a vegetable pita and chicken pita and both were great! Lots of toppings which isn't something you get from a lot of Pita Pits and fresh too.

The food was very tasteful and the customization of your pita is even better. From all different veggies to all the different sauces you can add to your pita. Plus the staff at this restaurant was very helpful and knowledgeable with explaining everything. Especially after a long day of traveling they made the experience even better. I would recommend this place to anyone. Who wants something different and a healthier choice. In my opinion.

Exceptional customer service by management - Kamal (manager) specifically, really went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, after we discovered that someone had used my pita pit gift card through a fraudulent online transaction, leaving no balance behind. Kamal not only offered a free pita to compensate for the situation - she also submitted a claim to pita pit head office which resulted in me getting my gift card balance ultimately re-instated days later. Grateful for Kamal’s understanding and kindness - would recommend this location 10/10 for service, and food is also always great!

Found a long blonde HAIR in my Rice bowl!!THAT WAS GROSS!!When I went to het the rice bowl, none of the employees were wearing Hair Nets!I think its HIGH Time that PITA PIT incorporates Hair Net policy!!HAIR IN FOOD IS THE GROSSEST THING EVER!!!!Employees were nice though!Pita pit management, I would really like to see your response here!#Fridaynightruined
