We always have the same order, plant based pizza and wings. We keep giving this branch a chance but this is the third time our order has been underwhelming. This time we got burnt pizza with almost no cheese whatsoever, they didn't follow directions in terms of toppings, and the wings are extremely dry even though we ordered them with medium sauce... Another time we've had burnt wings, so burnt they couldn't be eaten. Another time we got wrong toppings and burnt pizza. So disappointed once again. There has been times when the order has been perfect.. But 3 awful times within one year is absurd.

Terrible pizza and wings once again. Avoid this branch and save your time and money. Every other pizza Nova Branch has been good, Brant St in Burlington has become a joke. No cheese on the pizza once again, no directions followed for the toppings once again... So disappointing.

Rude staff overall also they use the take out slice container and tear it in half in order to save cost so you don't get a chance to use the closed container for pizza like the other locations do very bizarre and Penny Pinchers I wonder what else they Pinch at that location
