It's all about the vermicelli Pho!!!This family run place has been around for decades, serving authentic Viet Namese dishes.It is our Go- To spot for a big bowl of Pho that can be vegetarian, pescatarian, or a meat lovers nosh.You have bottles of fish sauce, soya sauce or sriracha along with little saucers and chop sticks on the table.It starts with a pot of delicious green tea that warms you up on a chilly day.Take note that this place is not a high end restaurant, and little has changed over the years as far as decorations go.No liquor license, which is fine for us.That's not why we go - it's for the hand chopped, hand made and assembled dishes that taste so good!We choose to park farther down the street and have a nice walk afterwards.They offer take out, but no delivery service.Don't let the store front mislead you - this is a great spot for great food.With an appetizer, 2 pho's we are out the door for around $45. 00 - awesome for these times!

What a great little spot for a quiet lunch or intimate dinner with your favourite person! The food is fresh made and homemade. Loved meeting the husband and wife team who have been there 16 years:) Just another Burlington gem waiting to be discovered!

HIGHLY recommend the vegetable pho! The owner allowed me to add tofu to the dish which made it that much better. Would recommend going with the medium size.

Love the place but very frustrated that it’s never open, when according to their phone message, they are open.This is the fourth time we’ve called, confirmed via their phone message they are open, driven to restaurant, and it’s closed.Heading to B&T which is definitely open.Too bad because we really enjoy Saigon on Brant.If they were open I would have given four stars. Reduction in stars is due to inconsistent messaging for hours of operation versus reality of open hours.

Broth was delicious for Pho. Beef short ribs meal was amazing, throughlySeasoned meat, no need for a sauce
When I lived in this neighbourhood, I would eat here 2-3 times per week. The food is very, very delicious, and there are over 30 vegetarian options. It is a family-owned restaurant; and the owners are kind and sweet people. The soup broths are recipes from the owner’s grandmother, who learned them at a Buddhist temple in Vietnam.Highly recommended!

The Pho is the perfect food to overcome Covid. We ordered it twice while we were sick and could actually taste how good it was (it also lasted a few meals which was a bonus). Thanks Saigon!

I've had their regular food and it was really good but this time had vegan food for my girlfriend and they really take the time to make it taste the best. It's a little more expensive but worth it.

Wow this place has the BEST vegan Pho I’ve ever tasted! The tofu is so delicious and crispy and they use veggie broth that tastes incredible! I’ve been to some places where they call it vegetarian but they use beef broth so I’m glad I found a place that confirmed it’s a true vegan option. I always get the largest size with extra tofu and rice noodles (V9 on the menu). The staff are super friendly and the food is always ready very quickly. I highly recommend this place! Thanks you Saigon On Brant for providing a vegan pho option that tastes absolutely amazing!
