I've lived in Burlington for 24 years and can't believe I had never found this beautiful spot. I arrived early and thought I'd have to wait, but they waved me in and made me the most delicious Donair. from the decor to the delicious food to the beautiful couple that own Sammy's, this place is a must visit. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Been coming here 25 yrs, just had (4) donairs where i think they were swept off the floor and put in a pita, dry old meat, minimal sauce and we all have belly aches next morning....too bad used to absolutley love eating here used to be fresh and juicy etc. $80 bucks, will give it one more try in future otherwise its off the list lol.

Sammys has the best Donair and Fatoush Salad + pop combo — don’t forget the extra sauce. It’s been a minute since I have been here but it’s cash only with a debit machine on site.

I had no clue it was cash only. I almost left but was starving. They direct you to an ATM beside where you order . I had to pay an extra 1.50 to pull out the money. I'm actually mad at myself for doing it. At least offer debit for proper customer service. I will never return. My early memories of this place from 30 years ago ruined. They profit off the ATM, just pure disappointment.PS - the food was below average.Vegetarian options: Falafel

Was told the place to go for a great Donair! Sadly disappointed! Watched them microwave the meat while preparing the donair! Meat and sauce were tasteless! The only good thing was they load the meat but it means you can't even taste the tomatoes or onions.

Amazing burgers! Fresh lettuce & tomato with dill pickles. The quick service with a friendly and proud cook. The poutine was delicious with homemade style fries. My son had the bacon cheese hot dog and said it was the best ever.

I had the Donair and it was excessively oily, salty, and overcooked. The cut of the meat was also too thick. I could only take a few bites and ended up throwing it out. For the money I spent, it was very small (size of my hand). If you want good Donair, I’d go the distance to Milton.Cash only tells me they don’t report properly to the government.
