If you ask for extra such as whipped cream or toppings and pay for it, they wont do it. Asked for extra praline topping, barely got any let alone extra. I figured if I’m paying $10 for a drink that I love and only get to treat myself with from time to time, especially during the holidays, the least I would expect is getting what I ordered.

This Starbucks is attached to the Indigo in Burlington Mall. It has a separate entrance but you can also access it from inside the mall via the Indigo. There is some seating here so you can get some work done as well. You can't bring any of the books over to the Starbucks to read since that is past the bounds of the Indigo. This location accepts mobile orders. The baristas were really good at giving you a heads up as to which order they were preparing next. They were also very astute. We picked up beverages before we headed into the mall to browse. On our way out we put in a mobile order to bring home for a friend. They recognized us and were concerned that we'd been waiting for a long time. They let us know that our drink was up next and we were on our way shortly.
I swear to the heavens that the burlington mall location in indigo is the best Starbucks. Our orders are bang-on every time and there's a lady who works here who deserves accolades and rewards for her amazing customer service and product delivery.

i dined in to enjoy my coffee and noticed how they greeted every person the same, asked each person how they were doing, and greeted everyone with a smile.It was nice to see such warm and friendly service.
