I usually really like this Starbucks - I tend to go on weekdays and the service is always friendly. But the service I received today from the weekend crew was atrocious. Rude, didn’t seem interested in taking my order, on top of that they got my order wrong and ignored me as I tried to get them to correct it. When they finally did pay attention, they tried to act like they hadn’t made a mistake. No apology, definitely not friendly. I don’t know who these people are here on Saturday mornings but the service is just subpar compared to usual.

Disappointing this time. I ordered an oat milk brown sugar latte and it was watered down. The "barista" added some hot water but I didn't think anything at the time!. I've always had a much creamier drink from other locations in the past.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the barista with the green and purple hair who took my order the other day. They wrote "You are awesome, have an amazing day" on the bag for my sandwich. I've been struggling a lot lately and this truly made my day, as well as my entire week. This shows that even small gestures can truly go a long way for people.
