Horrible service, these people are so rude. And they don't give you names of their employees or managerI ordered online and when I was close to completing my order and asked me for any special request, I asked for my 2 ft long subs to be cut in quarters and to be wrapped in halvesThey called me on the phone before I got into the restaurant and told me that they can do that because they pay for their paper, They didn't put the proper amount of toppings on as per requested online and wouldn't refill my drink after it was knocked overTold them it was for four separate locations and I was yelled at by a lady who said she was a manager and refused to give me her name and she told me she knows it's not for any students and refuse to wrap them separately and told me I should have purchased 4, 6 inch subsI wouldn't recommend anybody going here unless you're looking for a bad service. This place should be put out a business or replaced by different ownersI asked for it to be refunded and they refused to and said I have to do it online but yet it has no where online for me to do so

I was in store to get my lunch on monday. There was no greeting from the employee very poor customerservice. Employee who was working she didn't change her gloves as i am allergic to meat. When asked she change gloves but with very rude facial expressions.

Terrible service trumps the food. Trying to use the Subway app to pay for my order has them telling me to sit down for 15 minutes, even though I was first in line. Not telling them I am going to use the app to pay has them telling me I am misusing the system. Where are those long forgotten days at this Subway of embracing their customer, including their loyal customers. So upside down!

This is my first time giving a BAD review to someone so MIND IT please !!Worst service ever and the lady working inside is very rude and have no manners.I just asked her very politely to pack my footlong as 2 six inches as I ordered it from mobile app and she said, order 2 Six inches if you want like that. She literally begged me for the paper cost of wrapping the Sub. That lady should be fired or incase if she owns the store she should die from embarrassment with the worst customer service.STOP DEGRADING SUBWAY WITH YOUR WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!October 2023 !!

I want to say all customers don’t go to this store because the manager ( Rajnish Mohan) is very rude. I am vegetarian and they give me non veg food and when I ask them for discount they behave rudely.

This restaurant at doesn’t know the meaning of customer service or customer loyalty. I love subway sandwiches. I use the app to pay for my sandwiches but don’t order ahead of time as they are challenged in making the sandwich as I ordered it. No problem I thought, I’ll just go in person, order in person and pay via the app. Wrong. I was first in line to order, I told them I’m was using the app. They told me to sit down and wait 15 minutes before they would make my sandwich. I was flabbergasted! I didn’t go back for almost a year. When I did I decided I would order in person and just pay with the app after they made my sandwich. Again, not acceptable! They said I was misusing the system. So let me get this straight, I’m a loyal customer yet I can’t order in person because I’m a loyal customer who will pay only using the app to get points. To enjoy the luxury of using the app in person, even if I’m first in line… Sorry, go sit down and wait 15 minutes. Just incredible! A dumb question. Why doesn’t the app simply allow us to pay for our sandwich at time of checkout?? Sort of like what McDonald’s does. They appreciate their loyal customers and want to make it easy for their loyal customers to transact and feel appreciated. At this Subway it is like entering a no service zone where the customer is wrong, and where their loyal customers are just terrible, according to them. Ridiculous!

Whoever make my sub that leady was so rude and she dont want to use thair veggies when i told her to put more veggies then she put only two pieces of onion in last i ask her to grill my sub she told me matching is broken wrost subway in Burlington which is located in downtown in front of Starbucks.
