I am only rating this Subway. Great subs and the girls there always take pride in making them properly. Have not had a bad order yet. I do want to mention the subway at New and Guelph Line....avoid them!!!!! They are ignorant people. Owner does not care about customers and they mess up orders and do nothing to rectify it.
I cannot believe how disrespectful and rude the staff at this location are. I asked for my sub toasted, which it was not. I did not realize that they toast the sub prior to putting on some of the toppings, as I usually go to Mr Sub (which is where I will continue to go now). When I said afterwards that I had asked for my sub toasted, the staff were incredibly rude saying “maybe you should be paying attention”. Not sure what uis going on with this place.They have made mistakes on the last 2 orders I have placed.The first time the woman came and dropped of a missing sub, This time I am just going to leave a review and start getting lunch elsewhere.You have the order in front of you...how hard can it be?
