It’s 26th Feb and it’s 7:03 pm Firstly the Guy on shift was so slow that we literally died of hunger then we requested that we are eating in store and that we will but 2 more foot longs to take for our kids and we would like to pay all together. To this a lady present at the counter very very rudely mentioned that we NEED to PAY FIRST . Is this what this brand does to gain their customers trust ? How cheap they made us feel is beyond words . This team should absolutely not be part of a brand and I want apology from the brand to disgrace me and embarrassing in front of other customers.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Subway on Brandt: Soggy Sub and Rock-Hard Snack SandwichI recently ordered a turkey sub and a bacon and egg snack size sandwich from Subway on Brandt, which is conveniently close to where I live. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular order left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning the quality of their service.To begin with, the delivery time was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant's proximity, it took almost an hour for my order to arrive. While I understand that Subway cannot be solely blamed for the delivery delay, it did contribute to the subsequent disappointment I experienced.Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the sub had become soggy during transit. I must admit that this is not entirely Subway's fault, as they cannot control the transportation process. However, it is disheartening to receive a sub that is no longer fresh and appetizing.But the real shock came when I opened the bacon and egg snack sandwich. To my disbelief, the sandwich was as hard as a rock. I couldn't understand how Subway could serve something in such a state. In fact, it was so hard that I nearly broke my teeth biting into it. I was appalled and genuinely puzzled by how this could have happened.I had initially given Subway the benefit of the doubt, suspecting that the issue may have stemmed from the delivery driver or the Uber Eats app. However, the quality of the snack sandwich left me with a strong suspicion that Subway itself is responsible for such a lapse in quality control.As a concerned customer, I took a detailed video of the rock-hard sandwich, which showcases the sheer lack of attention to detail and the disappointment it caused. It is deeply disheartening to have such an unpleasant experience when I expected nothing but a satisfying meal from Subway.While I understand that mistakes happen, the combination of the soggy sub and the inedible snack sandwich has left me highly displeased.
