Went to visit my cousin in Burlington and he brought me here for breakfast. Had a great experience here, waitress was very friendly and attentive and my omelet was delicious, you definitely get your money worth in portion size. Will be back next time in the area.

Came here Monday morning. Food came out in under 3 minutes. Asked for eggs over medium. Eggs were runny and the whites were not cooked. The bacon, sausage, home fries and toast were all burnt. No exaggeration. No way this food is made to order as the signage says. It cooked ahead of time then cooked again when someone orders. Never again. So many better places in Burlington to have breakfast.

My first time here and I checked the place online before going on. I'm shocked to see such a high rating for this place. Things started off well, we were nicely greeted and we sat down. This is where the service went downhill. We barely sat and the server wanted to know what we were ordering. My partner asked how the Monte Cristo was and the answer was - I sold it 8 times yesterday. Not the ingredients, but how many times they sold it yesterday. Weird? We finally ordered our meals and I'm not exaggerating that it was out in 4 mins. I have never seen such fast service and while it won't usually be a problem, the food was less than mediocre. The potatoes were cold, and were definitely done an hour ago or more. The food was bland and just did not taste good. I am a fast eater, but my partner was still working on her meal with food in her plate and she was asked 5 times if she was done. Just to be clear, the place wasn't busy and so I didn't understand the reason. Lots that didn't go right here and unfortunately we won't be returning.

We've been going to this Sunset Grill for many years and they treat us like family. The staff are super welcoming and so kind. The food never disappoints and the service is so fast! Best breakfast spot in Burlington! ❤️
Walked in this morning at 6:30. Made my order and got my food in about 15 minutes or less. Very professional. The server and the cook meeting them for the first time. Wonderful Food and Fantastic Service. Saturday morning breakfast with the family. Food was fast, hot and delicious.However, what made it even better was the Fantastic service we received from Nicola!We live much closer to the Fairview/Maple location, however it is worth the drive to Appleby. Nicola was lovely. Super attentive, friendly, funny and very efficient! Our meals were delivered so quickly. Nicola didn't forget a thing. She always kept our waters and coffees full, and our plates were cleared quickly when we were finished.See you soon!
