The food was horrible and I mean absolutely overpriced. A side of cheese they only filled half way was $1.25 The customer service was lacking and again food was ridiculous. The tacos were mostly just soggy tortillas. Over priced fries a medium costing $6.99 you can buy a bag of fries and cook them yourself. Do yourself a favor get in the car and drive the 5 minutes to Burlington Center where you will usually find better service and 90% of the time they are on point with the food

Mediocre-tasting but pricey with horrible service. Love Taco Bell but it is not worth it for this type of service. While we were placing our order, the cashier repeatedly asked us if we were finished ordering, and was generally unsmiling/unfriendly/grumpy. She impatiently pushed us along when we requested no tomatoes in one order (but to include them in our other orders), saying she got it --- but when we got the bill, we saw "no tomatoes" had been added to our other orders too. When we went back to let her know. she was very salty and argued with us, saying we had specifically asked for no tomatoes in all of our orders - exactly the opposite of what we had asked for. No apologies for the mix-up, just pure crustiness.

Reviewing a food court taco bell isnt something I planned on doing but the service and frankly attitude of the staff here is just abysmal and people should know.They make mistakes and then try to yell at you like it's your fault instead of just owning up to it and fixing it. And to be clear it's 100% their error because they don't listen properly and enter in the information correctly.Have to double check literally everything because they screw it all up.I get it there isn't a lot of taco bells left especially in this area but just avoid the disappointment and eat elsewhere.

Wish I could’ve given zero stars because I didn’t actually get anything. All I wanted was a little Taco Bell after an evening of Christmas shopping. The mall was very much still open but this particular Taco Bell/ KFC was only serving the colonel. Ruined my evening. Rude staff certainly didn’t help matters either.

This place was horrid. I ordered a combo 1 (2 soft beef tacos). On one of them I got beef, cheese and lettuce. (No tomatoes). The other one I got only beef and cheese. The beef also looked like a bunch of diarrhea, way different from other Taco Bell places. Overall I would not suggest ordering tacos from this horrid establishment.

I ordered the Triple double crunch wrap combo and the fries supreme came with very little fries and the cinnamon twists came with very very little cinnamon on them.When I went to ask for a little more cinnamon politely I was rudely told no and that it is standard, however at different locations I normally get much more of everything and much better service.This place is ridiculous avoid it at all costs.

Worst TacoBell ever. We did it again, picked up dinner from this Taco Bell hoping it might be better than last time. We were wrong. Ordered some fried supreme, taco supremes, and soft taco supremes. Nothing supreme about any of the order. Brought it home only to find a complete lack of toppings on everything, wilted lettuce, and fries that I can only assume were cold even before they put any toppings on them. If we compare this location to a Taco Bell we visited in Niagara Falls, NY just a few weeks ago, it seems astounding that these are the same fast food chain. If you look at all the other reviews of this Mapleview Mall location, please believe the single star reviews, and be sceptical of any review greater than 2 stars. If you are thinking good affordable Tacos is what you are in the mood for, look elsewhere because for the money this place is not fast, cheap or good.
