This Horton’s is consistently poor service. Specifically the attitude of the employees. It was to the point where I stopped going to this drive thru. However, I decised to give them another chance. Now 2 out of 2 times they managed to provide poor service…again. First visit, they got my coffee order wrong. I then park, and go in and have to wait in line inside. This used to be a good place a few years ago but it has drastically dropped in quality. Especially the staff is extremely incompetent and they don’t even care when they get something wrong; they have no remorse which is such a bad attitude. Lots of new faces and probably those guys never got any proper training in customer service. Almost all my recent orders had issues and I even write to Tim Hortons when I had enough. Absolute worst Tim Hortons EVER!!!! Service takes forever, staff is unfriendly as if you are putting them out and if you order something toasted or warm, don't expect it. My bagel was not even close to being toasted for the 4th time. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.
