Cole was great, assisting me with my order, he was very friendly, helpful, went out of his way to help. He made some suggestions. Inside was very clean, well organized, lots of options to choose from. Along with the great coffee, food, the customer service was exceptional. I Highly recommend this Tim Horton's. Thank you Cole!! Whether you dine inside, or drive through, service is great.Parking: Parking not only in this lot, but adjacent, all free...Lots of parking.

would not open the scan on the App. asked the store manager for a Roll Up voucher for the coffee I purchased and told me I could only get it on the App. What about the people that do not have a cell phone? and how do I get a roll up the rim chance?

Came through the drive-thru at 1: 00pmThe drive-thru is slow, which is okay. It happens.However, The woman who's working the headset, LOIS, not only refuses to tell you your total when you come through the drive-thru, but if you ask, she'll just yell "pull up!" At you. After reading some of the other reviews, I think that this location needs a serious overhaul.If head office is not going there doing some inspections then I don't know what you guys do with your time.Not a good look guys!!!

Lots of loud students. 10 people ahead of me at the cash, one cash open. The coffee and donuts were tasty.

It took 10 minutes to get a coffee and donut, after I ordered and paid. 4 customers were served at the other till, and left the restaurant in the time it took to get 3 coffees for the person in front of me, and my coffee and donut. Staff were rude and did not listen or respond to requests from myself or other customers. Terrible experience. Donut was delicious.

I work near this Timmies so I'm there almost everyday.The food is sooooo much better than a couple years ago. It's very tasty, and very fresh.Fantastic staff!!! Especially Lois, she makes our day every time we see her. Our pup Daisy loves her and says thanks for the Timbits!!

The young man that was working at the counter today (Saturday 5 august at around 2pm) was the kindest, sweetest person! My kids were going crazy and I was exhausted. And dropped one of our meals on the floor. And he replaced it and assisted us with a smile on his face. I didn’t catch his name but he is a true gentleman! Thank you!

A nice neighborhood Tim's. Drive thru and plenty of parking. The dining room is a good size. There is a patio, the downside is that the view is of the parking lot. Staff are great.
