Ordered a crispy chicken wrap, but they were out so I got a grilled chicken wrap. Took about 15 minutes. Wrap was fine, but it took a ridiculously long time. Overpriced and coffee awful as always.
Today, we were here. Tim Hortons of Burlington Mall used to be organized and satisfying, but unfortunately, it's been a while since everything has changed for the worse. Sometimes only one staff member is working on everything, getting orders, and preparing the order. If the order is food, it will take about 15 minutes while nobody at the cashier is taking new orders. It makes customers change their mind and leave the queue.
