Me and my friend have have gone multiple times and they have not given me my order correctly and haven’t refunded me and proceeded to be very rude. Then when my friend when back they gave her burnt bread and forgot to give her her order until after 10 minutes.

I used to love this Tim Hortons but it seems to have gone downhill lately. I walked in the guy didn't even greet me...he put his hands all over my cup, dropped my Timbits and picked them up and put them in the box!! I guess he thought I wasn't watching. $8.00 I will never get back...I will not be returning to this location.

Very RUDE at drive through , they don’t know how to greet or even listen to customer orders, especially the young man working there this morning . I wish I could rate them -5 !!!

I ordered my coffee and donut thru drive through December 6, 2023. When I have taken my order I paid with cash and I didn't took the change for it to be given to the teller as a tip for a fast service. There was NO reaction or even a jesture of saying thank you it may not be a 100 dollar tip but really no reaction. I literally have to say thank you twice just to make my point for she already turn around and say the most interesting response from her was your welcome. I am not seeking anything in return. Just a smile or a kind jesture would go a long way. I think this is something that could be encorporate or be included in their training.
