I'm sorry for the confusion on March 09. I live in a Retirement home and I assumed the pizza was coming to the lobby but the delivery person took it right to my suite. I was visiting someone else at the time and went to the lobby to wait for the pizza. When i waited.a half hour I called the Appleby Line store, eventually it got sorted out. The pizza was good, we just had to reheat it.

Don't waste your time. They have zero customer service. You'll be blamed for any issue with your order and made to continually follow up, or even drive to the location to speak to an owner. Worse customer service, average at best pizza. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered for the first time at this location and when we were half way through the pizza we noticed a cockroach on the side of one of our slices. It was dead however still does not make us want to eat the food.
We use to always get pizza from this location because we love Toopers but the last 3 times we placed an online order, we got a call saying they didn’t have whole wheat dough so we had to cancel the order. Huge disappointment!

Came across this specific branch, while being entertained at a Lunch party and couldn't help asking the host about the place. From Dill pickle sticks to Thai Sensation all was amazing, kids loved the Mac & Cheese bites ! The topping was all meat was Halal too!!! Would highly recommend them and am all set fo4 my daughter's Bday party ?

Excellent pizza! Tastes amazing. So many different things you can add besides original toppings to make the perfect pie! I recommend adding the garlic herb seasoning, ranch swirl and garlic butter crust! The topper sticks are very tasty and the marinara they come with is excellent!Vegetarian options: Fresh vegetables toppings, great salads when availableParking: Parking can be limited depends on your pickup time
