Bank of Canada recently warned of a "low productivity emergency" in this country.I must say - this local Topper's Pizza outlet excels at this phenomenon.There is a young lady who works there - and I would describe her as "not quite the epitome of customer service".I go there on Tuesdays for the Topper's Tuesday promotion - when I can have a large pizza for the entire family for the price of a medium pizza.When this lady is behind the counter - there is some drama or the other."No you won't get a Buffalo Chicken pizza - you will only get Veggies, & Canadiana.""No you can't have a pizza made with gluten free flour" etcNote 1: All the company's promotional material (picture attached) on their website says is Topper's Tuesday excludes Pepperoni Explosion. That's it. So either the company or the employee - one of them is not speaking the truth.Note 2: When other employees are behind the counter - I have no problem ordering what I want. Just the previous Tuesday I had a large Buffalo Chicken pizza for the price of a medium. The Tuesday before that - I had a BBQ Chicken.On top of that - she has this annoying smug look on her face - as if she cannot contain her joy thinking of her "success" in hoodwinking a "gullible" customer.So, Bank of Canada, you are spot on with regards to Canada's productivity problem!!! Employees like her who avoid their "job responsibilities" are no longer in the minority - they are a dime a dozen.

The cheesesticks with jalapenos was awesome as well as the meatball sub. The wings were a good size but under cooked unfortunately. Soggy fatty skin. I like crispy well done wings. The sauce was a medium hot sauce - perfect! My first time but I will return.

Never has slices never has anything doesn't matter what time you get there this place is a joke why is it open never busy both times I've been there both times I walked out

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you have any issue at all, do not expect any resolution. You'll be told to call back continually because nobody has any authority to do anything. You can't call the store directly and the 800 number customer service line.. pfffff they can issue a 5 dollar credit, anything above that and you're told to drive to the store and speak to the store manager or call back when one is in the store. Maybe it's just the Brant Street location, but don't waste your time on this abysmal pizza and service. Absolute joke.

I'm not an expert on pizza. I have not tried other pizza joints to compare. All I can say is I just don't eat pizza 24/7. Once in a blue moon I will eat pizza. The mountain of meat pizza can do no wrong. Expensive like most places, but once in awhile is good enough to fill me up
Asked for dairy free cheese. Got lactose free cheese. Not the same thing. Could see no way to resolve with the staff that were there. I said dairy free, they said yes lactose free. I said no dairy free they said yes. The cheese was not dairy free. I came home and watched the family eat pizza and I had a tin of salmon out of the cupboard.

Call Center employee when we called in, did not want to take our order, the first 2 calls she hung up after my mother asked to place an order for delivery, third call she heavily pushed for ordering online rather than allowing her to order on the phone. Pizza is good as always

Firstly, I was delighted to find out that they serve pizza with halal chicken topping, which is a huge plus for me.The best part? The pizza was incredibly delicious! The chicken was juicy and tender, and the toppings added just the right amount of flavor.Overall, I highly recommend Tooper's Pizza for anyone looking for a delicious and high-quality pizza experience.
