so I just spent $11.15 to buy a baconator sandwich and got half the ingredients. don't waste your time going to this restaurant they rip you off you don't pay for half of the ingredients but you get it.you put 32 inch pieces of bacon on a baconator hamburger?don't spend your money here it's a waste of your time and your money

Went here tonight for dinner and the manager is abusive to staff, it is absolutely humiliating for them. We were mid order when she rudely interrupted over the man on the speaker and started shouting overtop and took over the order. When we got to the window, she blamed the employee for messing up our drink order and proceeded to remake them, only with a ton of ice to the point one of our straws broke trying to put it into the drink because it was nothing but ice. When we got our order, one of the burgers was made incorrectly, which I felt horrible for asking the employee to remake because I'm sure he would be blamed because of her interruption. The staff was fearful of even speaking, and did not speak a word other than telling us the amount to pay. We proceeded to eat our food in the car at the back of the parking lot and could still hear her yelling. This is a total embarrassment to the Wendy's establishment and I hope the employees speak up and do something about it, as abusive behaviour is not tolerated and should be promptly reported to the labour board. Not only does she not know the role of her staff, given she can't prepare drinks or take orders properly, she is not manager material and should not be in any authoritative position.

Been coming here off and on for a bit but tonight while taking my order some lady loudly and abruptly cut the other employee off half way through. This lady was walking around yelling in the restaurant like it was she was some sort of drill Sargent, you could see how uncomfortable the other employees were inside from the drive thru.It's not even like this made the staff perform better, because she cut them off halfway through I had to send back a burger and repeat my order at the window. She also blamed another employee for the screw up which was her fault, all our drinks were packed full of ice as well. Get rid of this person, the next time I come here and hear her loud annoying voice I'll be driving away. Treat your employees better, I'll be reporting this to corporate as well.

Sunday February 25 afternoon. Nice decor but no tp or towels in the washrooms. I could have got a better burger at McD. Overcooked and very thin. Coffee was watery. I'll stick with the Plains Road location.

We arrived here Sat Feb 10 at 6:10pm. I waited 10 min for the person to take my order (only 2 customers ahead of me). It then took 23min to get my food. The service is extremely slow.
