I have no idea what happened to Wendy’s! It used to be one of the better fast food, burger chains. But the two burgers we received at the drive-through, were some of the worst hamburgers I have ever had in my life. I ordered the Baconator Double and a Junior Bacon Hamburger. The patties on both burgers appeared as though they had been cooked at 8:AM and then spent the remainder of the morning sitting under a heat lamp until noon. The patties on both of the burgers were super dark and incredibly dried out. We spent almost $24 and received some of the most poor quality hamburgers we have ever had. The burgers were reminiscent of something you would find sitting under a glass enclosed warming tray at a remote roadside gas station. Needless to say, we won’t be back!

Ordered a jbc build... got a floppy jbc with no onions, pickles ketchup or mustard. Burger was dry. Didn't get my ghost pepper ranch and my chicken wrap was dry and cold. Go to any other wendys!

Went through the drive through 15min before close, staff were friendly and food was hot. Fries were fresh (still hot and crispy by the time I got home). Order was filled quickly, didn't have to wait long at all.
Damn, I walk into Wendy’s and ordered the secret burger. When I got the burger it was covered in khum but I ate it anyway. Then I walked into the bathroom and a bunch of teenagers were spreading their booty cheeks all over the urinals. I was flabbergasted but I just ordered a frost and threw it at them…. They diddnt act as expected … I will not say what they did but it was badddParking: There was 100000 spots available. They even said we could park in the middle of the road

The service was great ! I saw a Karen !! It Asked for a manager , leave horrible review and would call corporate . I did not summons the Karen ! If you want one , Remember say “karen” three times , clap three times , knock on wood three times ! Really works !! Just forgot to vid it ?

It's a Wendy's - no surprises. Only comment is I went back for a drink refill (because the machine isn't in the lobby), and was passed by 3 or 4 times by staff before someone served me. A simple, "be right with you" is all it took ...

Went through the drive through. Got home and my order was missing something. I called them and the manager said I can drive back and get it. When I said I did not want to drive all the back there she just hung up the phone. No compensation offered.
