If I could give 0 stars I would. This did not feel like a fancy restaurant and it was super cold! My main issue though was the food. Nothing paired well with each other, everything lacked flavour and was over cooked and dry. I truly don’t know how this place has the ratings it does. Not only would I give it poor review but I really would recommend NEVER coming here.

We went for a Xmas staff party. The venue was great with the little market, Santa photo and the live music. The outdoor decoration with the snow all around gave the night a good feel. The food not so much. Edible but odd. The lighting in the restaurant is dark and so the food looks ok but if you turn the lights on the food looks less appetizing. I had the veal chop it was edible but the three types of sauces made it odd kind of like a weird tricolour of sauces. The pork belly starter was a disappointment kind of like a super expensive plate of pork and beans you would have for breakfast. The fries were also a disappointment like they were not house made and out of the bag like cavendish farms or Sysco. Having said that most people at the table had the steak and they loved it. Also the Christmas cocktail was real cool. Overall the experience had a great Christmas feel but food wise a bit of a disappointment given the price.

Had a beautiful lunch at The Vista today. Had the apple Walleye Pickerel Fillet & Panzanella Salad and Fettucine Pasta Primavera both were delicious and beautifully plated. We followed up with Coffee on the patio— Perfect!!

$28 MARTINI! That should give you an idea as to what the rest of the prices are like. We've been half a dozen times to this restaurant and each time we're more disappointed. The service is attentive and speedy and the presentation is lovely. However the food lacks freshness which translates into tastelessless. We won't be back and I would recommend that you save your money as there are many other restaurants in the same area that are less costly and more satisfying.

We have been to the Vista many times for dinner and for their Thanksgiving and Easter bruches/dinners.Always amazing service! The view and ambiance are beautiful! I have enjoyed all of their food and it is generally really well done and delicious. A must try!!

We drove 72 km one way just to had good birthday lunch. Our Server had great attitude and very unwelcoming. She made us awkward multiple times. Food was okay but regret going there. Hire appropriate staff if possible.

Celebrated a family member's milestone birthday at The Vista Restaurant. So very impressed with the decor, the warmth from the staff and the food was just beyond our expectations. We loved it. Why haven't I heard of this place before now? Can't wait to go again!
Omg, what a great place for good food and view. I recommend this place 100%. You will not be sorry. I live in Caledon East and have never heard of this place. They served us a small salmon appetizer on the house as we waited for our food. It is definitely a 5 star, and prices are compatible with this. The views are breathtaking. Wanting to impress, this is the place.

For what you pay you should go elsewhere. Had the mother's Day brunch and the food was subpar. Go to downtown Toronto to Maha or Union for brunch/lunch for better food. Would cost you less too.

So glad we found this gem. We both had the Jaricot burger and it was just amazing! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful patio when it opens.Update: We have since returned a number of times now for dinners and even their Easter brunch and each visit did not disappoint. Food is always well made and delicious. We will keep going back for sure.

We got to experience the wonderful ambiance from the patio seating and enjoyed the stunning views of caledon hills. My husband i and came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our server Cindy, took such wonderful care of us. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and her suggestions were perfect! She took great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be recommending The Vistas and Cindy to our friends and family. We look forward to coming back. To Cindy, thank you once again for the surprise treat and making our visit extra special.
