Rude customer services with delivery drivers. one of lady just through the bag on counter. No greet nothing like it does not mean we are driver we also part of customers. This not acceptable in Customer service....

Not the first issue I've had at this location.Today I ordered a bacon and egg McGriddle meal and drove away for my appointment.As I unwrapped the McGriddle the one bun was partially frozen still.I had to back into town so I stopped to complain as it's not a cheap breakfast anymore.After explaining the situation I was reluctantly offered a refund for the sandwich only.But not without receiving attitude and actually saw a manager roll her eyes.It was poor customer service and rude.This is a recurring problem at this location.I don't see a reason to return, or to any mcd's in general.The food is poor quality and getting worse while the prices are increasing and almost equal to a "real" sit down restaurant.

The old lady who works the front at most later shifts needs to learn some customer basic service, when she messes up she always tells the customer it’s their fault rather than taking responsibility apologizing and moving on, it’s frustrating to both watch and be a part
