You seldom see establishments with such positivity and customer/cooperation equality. Times are changing, and it doesn't seem to be all for the best. I was helped by a woman who's name I didn't get, she was a small petite eastern Indian woman. Very polite and friendly, constantly smiling. It's nice to see people that work in the fast food industry actually care for their customers. The food is extremely tasty as well, highly recommend the chicken shawarma!

Ordered a small buffalo with extra meat paid everything was going good until the supervisor told me she forgot to charge me for double meat and I said it about 3-4 times. He informed me if I wanted the extra meat I’d have to pay again so I declined. After doing the math of a small sub with taxes I realized I over paid when inquiring why they told me I had ordered a regular not a small and just laughed about it. Very unprofessional will not be returning

I have tried this location 3 times now as it is close to my work and I frequent pita pit about once a week but this location is absolutely terrible. On the first occasion, I got a chicken Caesar. When I asked for Caesar dressing, they informed me that the 1/8 of a bottle of dressing that was left was all they had for the day so they could only put a small amount on and argued when I asked for two lines. As a paying customer I should be able to get a decent amount of sauce. The second and third time I’ve consistently been lucky to get 3 pieces of chicken. I used to work at pita pit and I know the standard is 3 ounces. The owners are definitely cutting some corners for cost and not putting anywhere near the standard of meat on the pitas. Today I had brown lettuce and slimey spinach. The lady put about 90% of lettuce to fill my pita to cover the stingy amount of vegetables and meat. Again, paying almost $15 for a regular pita and a small tip for brown rotten lettuce and spinach and essentially just spinach sauce and bread is very disappointing. Whenever I try to ask for extra of a topping from an employee, I receive attitude and am lucky to get one to two extra pieces of that vegetable. I will not be returning to this location and would rather drive an extra 15 mins each direction to go to brantford.

Not like it used to be..was always welcomed as soon as you walk in the door, not today. Young children running around the kitchen and prep areas. Speaking in their own language and not to the customers. No smiles or thank you or talking with customers. Not like it used to be!!

Walked in asked if I could order a pita, staff member groaned and mumbled something. Asked her to repeat herself she said "yes you can." In an unwelcoming tone. After a long pause she said " I'm like really tired." I decided to take my buisness elsewhere.
Didn’t have a great experience today. The worker was on the phone the whole time were we in. There were long pauses in service while he chatted. And not surprisingly, our pitas were garbage. It wasn’t even busy. Get off the phone and do your job.

Is it protocol to make you chips on the top grill as the same time you cook chicken onions and falafel ? All the cook did was push them to the side then start frying on the grill next to chips . Then proceeded to mix up my pitas and put meat in wrong ones then mover her chips back on where food was cooking thought this was a franchise ???

Ordered three large salads and 3 pita platters recently for a family function. Not only is the manager very friendly and helpful but he really cares about making sure that everything is prepared in good order. The salads looked were huge, looked very attractive and were delicious. The pitas were loved by young and old alike. Every family was more than eager to take left over pitas and salad home for school and work lunches the following day.Just a great place to go.Thank you very much.

I am not a fast food person, but sometimes you’re out and about and eat a good meal. My local Pita Pit never disappoints. Healthy, reasonable, excellent service, and delicious! Shop local as often as you possibly can.
