Food was alright. Put of the omlette bites but that's because they are amazing. But the issue is and has been for me the drive through. Either you wait in the proper drive through or just cut off others right at the corner. Today I had two cars do just that. One was not stopping and slid right in front. Couldn't drive up or else anyone else coming in or out of the parking lot would be waiting. Second the cars started moving the other vehicle went right ahead I had 5 cars behind me. It's rude and inconsiderate. It's not hard to drive down to the entrance of the drive through. Another previous time it was a truck and the vehicle trying to leave the parking lot couldn't. This is a hazard!

My wife went to this Timmies and she was ignored by all the staff inside the store. My wife is South American so she looks like a native person. Is this the way they treat natives? It makes my blood boil! She was so disheartened by the experience and didn't have the strength to bring it up with the management.I think they have forgotten what the service industry is: being of service to the local community.She called for help and they kept ignoring her. She finally got the attention of one employee who just told her they don't serve people from that particular window. All this while the staff was socializing with other customers who were not ordering, while ignoring my wife who was trying to order a coffee.My wife told me everyone there was white except her, and wonders if this is the reason for just ignoring her! What a shameful conduct.Later edit:I see there is a response from the owner, the exact same one I have seen in other low rating reviews.For interest I went to the site recommended which asked me for a language/location and then brought me to the Tim Hortons home page. I tried a second time and it brought me to a page asking if I needed help with "roll up to win", "account and app access", "Delivery" and such. This looks like a canned response that does not address the issue in the least. If the "owner" was truly concerned he/she would say at least something that vaguely mentions the problem at hand.As it stands my wife just feels more comfortable bringing her own coffee in the car rather than being humiliated by this kind of rejection.

Whenever I am in the area I always stop for a coffee and a snack at this location. Staff is always friendly and service is quick. Bought a smile cookie to support the cause this trip.

I came to Tim’s to have something savoury, first off I went through the drive thru and the lady just straight up said “what do you want”. She did help me with choosing what to have, but I open the bag and both the twists were burnt. I take a bite and it’s soggy and cold. Keep in mind I open it no later than 5 minutes after I got handed them. Extremely disappointing.

Random times you have people telling you in abusive language to go through the other side.Why do I have to go through the parking to access the drive thru from other side.Do you have timings to use side from the back. If not than why are people so abusive.If it's not a drive thru than why does it get used. Put Do not enter sign

I ordered and paid for a large latte but they brought out a medium so i said sorry i ordered a large and showed them the receipt so they brought it in and put the medium into a large cup and didnt even fill it up past the medium. And the staff wasnt the best and was ignorant.
Coffee was great and even tried the orange sprinkle donut finally. Friendly kind staff as well.

I went through the drive-through yesterday around 10:30 AM (Wednesday Oct 11th 2023)When I was handed my drink (the drive-through window closed) I didn’t drive off right away as I was putting my change back in my wallet.The two young ladies started laughing and telling each other how “ugly” I am, then went on saying “yeah wonder if she got her lips done” proceeded to laugh.I drove off without making any confrontation as I was mostly stunned that two working employees of Tim Hortons felt the need to make fun of my appearance while all I wanted was a coffee.Unfortunately this put a damper on my day making me feel depressed.Please remember words hurt, and the glass on the window isn’t as thick as you might think.

Very upset with how your employee's shared their most brutal opinions to eachother while a loyal customer was right behind your closed window in the drive thru….Yesterday my sister was called “ugly” while these employees picked apart her face as her order was being made. How dare you talk about someone’s facial features when you’re supposed to be a non-discrimination workplace? I sure hope the manager doesn’t just let this slide. No one should have to feel the way my sister did after yesterday. Maybe this will be a lesson the walls are thinner than you think. Keep your damn opinions to yourself and have some respect. You’re being paid to make coffees not to be rude!

I have never been so disgusted with the state of a Tim Hortons restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting and the smell was overwhelming. I have used porta-Potties that smelled better. Plain and simple DISGUSTING!

Ordered a small Iced Capp, cost $3.15. They can’t even fill them properly anymore for the increased cost. The drink isn’t even Iced. It just tastes like they mixed cream together with some flavouring.
