I have to say that your location makes excellent coffee, but the on-line ordering is not quick. I’ve had to stand and wait for coffee to be made at least 75% of the time. As an example, I ordered my coffee a good 10-15 minutes before I left the house today and still had to wait. There was 1 person in the line-up ordering when I arrived. I ordered early so my daughter would have time for the coffee to cool down and she could drink it prior to her 7am shift. Of course, this didn’t happen and her coffee was a waste. The staff is super friendly, but isn’t the whole idea behind the on-line ordering is to avoid the line-ups and the waiting? I apologize for the 2 star rating for service, because the staff is great, but the on-line ordering could use some improvement. Maybe there needs to be a bell, when the order comes through.

Went in to get takeout cause the line looked long but prob waited longer inside than if I had used the drive thru.Parking: Bunch of spots. Shouldn't be an issue to park most times.

Walked in got 2 coffee's lost 1 coffee on return to car. Still no great improvement on lids..Nothing special about my plain donut, it would be nice to see larger pastries like in the past.
