The entire store is very clean including the washroom. Only downside is that there's not many seats inside, however there's gorgeous outdoor patio if you don't mind sitting outside.

Horrible experience, got most of our orders wrong —pickles and tomatoes on sandwiches when we specifically asked ordered without for the kids, and wrong drinks.The woman at the front counter was incredibly rude — she needs a refresher course in being polite. Not a min after we got food to the table, i had to turn around and go back to the counter to request to exchange some cold shrivelled fries, the woman behind the counter gave me the coldest stare and said nothing for almost a full min before walking away tossing them in the garbage and tending to others. Left me waiting at the counter and ignored me while she went on serving others before returning with the fries. Then later when she came out to the dining area to clean up, she stared me down and gave me dirty looks…odd as all I did was ask to exchange cold fries??? … we hadn’t even said anything about the food being prepared wrong.Left feeling terrible —we just spent $100 to be treated badly and have all our food prepared improperly.Wish I could have supported a better business than this with the money we spent here.

I'd have given this Wendy's zero stars for service and atmosphere if I could. I did a mobile order ahead of time to make it more quick; they seemed to purposefully make us stand there and wait to make a point. Our service was terrible, and the food was awful. The woman working the counter was completely ignorant and didn't even complete my order. I had to ask for my drinks to go with the combos. An attitude adjustment is in order for her. Perhaps they felt justified in giving us dirty looks and giving us terrible service because we came in at 9:40 p.m. to grab a quick bite to eat before the dining room closed at 10 p.m. Our food was left on the counter to get cold, and we were made to feel like we were putting out the employees because they had already mopped floors, etc. To the staff working: we were finished eating and had left your restaurant at 9:57 pm, so your glares and disgust with us were for nothing! We were gone before you officially closed. Whoever owns this Wendy's needs to do some serious coaching on customer service and food handling. Your employees look and act miserable. The experience was awful, and I wish I had supported a different business.

I wish I could give my service 0 stars. Two days in a row I’ve had my sandwich messed up when I ask for a simple addition and pay for it. And the girl at the window, had such a horrible attitude and is always just genuinely so rude and acts like she hates her job, but she signed up for that job. Employees could at least act like they want to work there.

I honestly had a good experience here. The drive thru was quick with a long line and they got my order right no problem they were polite and I was happy with the burger.
The place was dead , our server had the personality of a lamp post. However the place was clean . And the food was good .for Baconator combo and a Dave's single combo the total was 27.00

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I’ve given 4 opportunities to this location and they have been the same all 4 times. They take forever to make the food even though there is NO LINE but that’s. Or the worst part. It’s the attitude and customer service. It’s insane how rude and disrespectful the employees are not just to me and other customers that I’ve witness but their manager. Wow is all I have to say! Just disgusted by it all. I spoke with the manager and he just said sorry quietly as if he didn’t want the staff member to hear. He looked beaten down! Head office needs to be visiting the location regularly bc they are anything but friendly
